Head of Health & Social Care

Tricia has 15 years knowledge of work based learning including private training providers, college provision, NHS and Ministry of Defence.  She is a qualified teacher and Lead Internal Quality Assurer experienced in designing and developing qualifications to suit the demands of employers and learners.   These courses include Healthcare, Leadership & Management, Initial Teacher Training, Coaching and Mentoring and TAQA.

Tricia has 27 years’ experience in the NHS progressing through from Health Care Assistant to Staff Nurse in an A & E.  A hard working and committed individual who will support and develop learners and staff to achieve a high level of personal goals. This also included 4 years experience as an Ambulance Technician and Paramedic.  During this time Tricia was awarded with a Crown Court Commendation for Professionalism whist under attack.
