Melanie has over 20 years’ experience in Production and Operations Management gained within the electronics design and manufacturing industry. A postgraduate in Logistics and Supply chain management, she has worked directly within customer project teams on countless NPI projects, several resulting in Industry award winning products including the Queens Award for Innovation, and as a project member on research projects for the Technology Strategy Board.
