Brendan Hand is the Sigma Group CEO who has over 30 years experience within many different environments and cultures including extensive experience both as a manufacturing turnaround specialist and also as an Entrepreneur.

This experience includes working for major 1st Tiers in the USA and Europe as well as growing own businesses including Sigma UK Ltd.  Key responsibilities include setting strategy and direction, modelling and setting the company’s culture, values, and behaviour and building and leading the senior leadership team.
