Gilly has 18 years of professional experience in the world of Leadership & Management; Quality Assurance and teaching, training and development.

Gilly holds a Masters Degree in Education and has worked within the Work-Based-Learning industry; National Health Service; College Institution; Her Majesty’s Prison; and Ministry of Defence.

Gilly is a dynamic and extremely well organised Manager with key responsibility for ensuring quality of teaching, learning, assessment and standards are integrated into curriculum and resources.  A highly trained observer, that is always learner centre focused, and completes OTL’s of tutors with a high degree of rigor, balanced with interactive and engaging activities in the classroom.
